RESERVATION POLICY

Check-in: 4pm

Check-out: 12 noon

Deposit: In order to confirm your reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit corresponding 100% of the first night.

If the duration of the booking is 1 night you must pay 100% of the night.

Cancellations: If cancelled up to 3 days before arrival, the amount paid will be fully refunded.

If cancelled later than 3 days before arrival or no show, Nautilus Lanzarote will keep the amount paid, which corresponds 100% of the first night.

Payment: According to our policy, the rest of the payment is to be made upon arrival. Any additional charges accrued during your stay must be paid 3 days before departure.
