Great hotel, highly recommended Glad we found this little gem, lovely place and a great location. All the staff were fantastic and I would highly recommend a stay here.Short walk to the promenade and various shops/bars nearby. Perfect for families and we are already looking to book again for next year after only being home for 2 days!Genuinely struggling to think of any negative points so I'll leave it there :)

Great experience The resort has everything you need and is well adapted to those in a wheelchair as my dad felt more independent as it’s designed for those in wheelchairs. There is an assisted seat to get in and out of the pool, the rooms are cleaned and well kept we stayed in a 2 bed apartment. The shop are literally a walk down to the sea front and a short taxi ride to the main city. The art work around the building is amazing as is the mini art gallery down stairs there’s loads of books as well if you like to read and a breakfast is put out which you can charge to your room or pay for entirely up to you. We will definitely come again Laura the receptionist has been amazing through our entire stay thank you

Enjoyable time at Nautilus Booked a late 5 day visit to this accommodation and knew it was close to the airport. Arranged for Sun Transfers to collect us at airport and the trip took 15 minutes. As we were the only ones checking in it was very efficient and the receptionist was pleasant. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment with a/c which was very spacious. There are two bathrooms one with shower/wc/ sink and the other with wc and sink and there is a large dining area with table chairs, settee and TV. There is a small kitchen with everything you will need.Each apartment has its wifi router and has reasonable speed and reliability. There was a nice private patio, with two beds, table and chairs to the front of the patio. All towels are provided and regularly changed and there is a hair dryer in the larger bathroom, which my wife was happy with. The room was regularly cleaned as was the pool area. Breakfast is provided in the reception block, but we didn’t have it, though looked good. The apartment is 5 mins walk from Central Commercial Centre, which has a good Spar, bars, restaurants and gift shops. We ate at O’Sheas, Jazz Bistro and had drinks at Oceans which are all located here. We also dined at Devon twice , Mumbai Masala and had nice drinks each night at Horizonte and lovely coffee and ice cream at Cafe Mocca. Useful app Moovit for bus info and 1Taxi! for booking taxis if required. The accommodation was good and very clean, though does not have a bar/cafe and only serves breakfast but not an issue. This venue has the best mobility access that I have ever seen around the complex including access into the pool. Will I stay here again definitely!

Fabulous stay We spent a fantastic week here, from the minute we arrived until we reluctantly had to leave we were so well looked after. The complex is spotlessly clean and modern, the art work placed around the buildings is wonderful. Our one bed apartment was really well designed with everything you need for a week away. One evening my partner left his phone in the taxi, Susi in reception was amazing and went above and beyond to get the phone back, thank you Susi you are wonderful. We loved are break so much we booked to come back in October, can’t wait.

Peace and quiet Lovely peaceful relaxing place to stay, very welcoming staff, also the cleaning brigade of ladies,especially Racheal, had a lovely three weeks there would recommend if you want peace and quiet and only a short stroll to restaurants and shops.

Nice Holiday Nice Bungalow with your own patio and sunbeds. the complex is kept very clean and tidy and there is fabulous art work everywhere. Supermarkets and restaurants are only a short stroll away. We found Lanzarote very windy in March and quite cool at night. Overall a very nice break.

Wonderful experience in Wonderful complex! Great apartment, apated one bedroom garden view very clean, well furnished & kitted out for a holiday. Constant hot water Marina on reception a very helpful go to lady with any problems/queries. Swimming pool & area excellent never crowded very peaceful, apartment cleaned every day mainly by a lovely lady named Rachel (thanks again Rachel ) also a very helpful lifeguard who's name escapes me. Complex not to far from beach & shops/bars etc . All in all a nice relaxing holiday in wonderful surroundings. We will definitely return God willing.

Lovely holiday We enjoyed our stay, very lo key. Clean and near the beach, shops and restaurants. The art work is lovely, we enjoyed looking at it tremendously. Apartment, well equipped and fresh. Staff lovely. We went with our two children in the Easter break and the pool was very cold, not sure the heating was on. :)

Nice and quiet We stayed here as a family of 3 and cannot fault it. If you are looking for a lively hotel or even a bar then this is not for you but it is for you if you are looking to avoid these things. It's in a good location, 5 minutes from the main area of Matagorda. Rooms are maintained to a high standard and the pool is great (and heated) Table tennis and mini golf are available and there is some lovely art around the place.

Great stay! Recently returned from a 7 night stay in this lovely complex. It was exactly what I had hoped for when booking. On arrival the lovely receptionist checked us in quickly, we purchased the safe which was 2 euros a day with card details taken for a 15 euro deposit in case of a lost key. The receptionist showed us to our room and made us feel at home. As we arrived late it was very quiet but we did venture out and find some late night food at the nearby square which has many bars and restaurants. The room itself was fantastic. We booked a two bedroomed apartment for my husband and I and two daughters. Very clean, plenty of towels and we were provided with washing up liquid, sponge tea towels and tea/coffee. Fabulous place! We have just had 4 nights here. I was holidaying with my 2 teenage daughters and we stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. The setting is just beautiful and feels very peaceful. The apartment had everything we needed and suited us perfectly. We particularly liked the space to sit outside and use our own sun loungers. The location is excellent and we loved the sea front promenade. Although on the chilly side the pool was lovely & again we enjoyed the sun loungers there. Staff were always helpful and the shower room to use after checkout was great. An amazing place for any art lovers. Things to look at everywhere and an actual gallery downstairs. I would definitely go back.

Wonderful location Wonderful gem of a hotel 2 minutes from the beach and 4 minutes walk from the restaurants and entertainment. We honestly cannot find a single fault with this hotel. Very friendly staff especially Lauren on reception who was particularly helpful and went the extra yard. Neil & Alison

Perfect relaxing holiday Such a great place! Our bungalow was perfect, beds were comfortable, extra pillows and duvets were available and we had more towels than you could shake a stick at! We overlooked the pool which was convenient but although it was quiet when we went, I think it could get busier and noisier in school holidays. The whole place was spotless and the staff were all very friendly. Not very far to the beach, shops bars restaurants etc and a nice long stroll takes you into Porta del Carmen if you are fit enough but there's a bus if you are not. All in all it was a fab place for us to stay.

Disappointing This Hotel was booked via a Travel Agent who are very good at meeting our requirements. We Arrived Early at the Hotel and felt fortunate to be told that our apartment was ready. A Big Thank you to Laura the Receptionist who was very friendly and bubbly a credit to herself and the Hotel. We were allocated Studio 40 , the Hotel was Clean and well kept however the rubbish bins under the sink had not been emptied and then my wife found some very Smelly Cheese which had gone off in one of the Kitchen Cabinets. We found the rooms had Dim and poor lighting, although the Eating Area and Kitchen were ok the Living Area was very Dim and poor in the Bedroom, The Bathroom had a Skylight which made it the Brightest. The Hotel seemed to be designed for the Disabled and less able which may

Fantastic place, fantastic people. I apologise for posting this review so late but I feel it is really important to do it now. We visited the Nautilus for the first time at Christmas and unfortunately I brought more than just a few dodgy shirts when we left Ireland. I quickly became very unwell and within a couple of days my wife became seriously ill. The help support and kindness we received from everyone at the Nautilus was simply incredible, they went above and beyond the call of duty and they deserve our thanks and our gratitude for everything they did for us. Each and every person we encountered at the Nautilus was amazing, many many thanks to all of you. I am glad to say that eventually we both made a full recovery and we are looking forward to a happy and healthy return to the fantastic Nautilus in

Lovely stay 12 points goes to Nautilus Lanzarote! The hotell is wonderful, very kind and attentive service. We loved Laura, who welcomed us and helped with the car rental. The whole hotel is like an art' masterpiece starting from the reception, the grounds, the lava stone dishes etc. The hotel is suitable for art lovers, families with babies and disabled people. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, there is no noisy pool bar. A lovely place to stay, meditate, relax. The pool is warm. Reception opened 24/7. Five minutes walk to shops, restaurants, 15 minutes walk to the sandy beach Los Pocillos.

Perfect place for art lover and 100% wheelchair friendly. Like living in a museum of modern art. Beautiful area. Hotel invite artists from different countrys to stay one month, for free, and produce some art. One day the art collection is more valuable than the hotel :)
